FIRST CLASS!!! I rang these guys at 8am to see if they could fit in looking at my Gran’s front door which couldn’t be opened from the outside. This is a priority as carers come in 3 times a day to help her throughout the day. The gentleman I spoke to shuffled his day around my needs and completed the job by 8:45am! Great service: Communicative, easily arranged a time to suit me, job was done very quickly and well and gave free advice on another issue which I will more than likely have fixed by the same company. Even better, they offer student discount!

Replaced my cylinder lock after a break in, spent time to show me the range of different locks, security features and prices. Showed up on perfect time, very efficient and professional service. Paid by card and got my receipt via email. I would happily recommend.

Got locked out after a dodgy key was used by my landlord’s maintenance guy. Called Tony and he was here within half an hour (despite the crazy traffic because the Wales team was in town). Replaced the lock and sorted me out with new keys straight away. I was also able to pay with card, which was really convenient. Any lock dramas, Tony’s your man.
